Mingo is intended only for individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering or using Mingo, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to use the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must provide truthful registration information.
• You must not use another person's identity.
• You must follow all Mingo policies and applicable laws.
• You must not use Mingo if your account was previously terminated for safety or legal violations.

3. Verification

Mingo may request additional verification if we suspect a user is underage, using false information, or creating risk for the community.

4. Minors

If Mingo becomes aware that a minor has registered, the account may be removed immediately, related content may be deleted or preserved as required, and authorities may be notified where legally necessary.
