COIN POLICY

Last Updated: June 2026

This Coin Policy explains how Mingo Coins work on Mingo, a safe audio and video conversation platform operated by Sigler Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd.

1. What Are Mingo Coins?

Mingo Coins are in-app virtual credits that may be used for eligible paid calls, video conversations, listener access, or other paid features shown inside the app.

Coins are not money, legal tender, stored value, or a bank balance. They cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.

2. Purchasing Coins

  • Coin packages and prices are shown before purchase.
  • Taxes or gateway charges may apply where required.
  • Purchases are final except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.
  • We may update coin packages, prices, or features at any time.

3. Using Coins

Coins may only be used inside Mingo. Any attempt to trade, sell, transfer, or use Coins for off-platform payments, services, gifts, meetings, or illegal activity is prohibited.

4. Expiry and Account Closure

Coins may expire 365 days after purchase unless the app shows a different validity period. If your account is deleted, suspended, or terminated, unused Coins may be forfeited.

5. Misuse

Mingo may withhold, reverse, adjust, or remove Coins in cases of fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, technical errors, policy violations, or suspected misuse.
