1. What is Mingo?
Mingo is a safe conversation platform where adults can connect through audio and video calls when they need someone to talk to.
2. Who are Mingo listeners?
Listeners are people available for respectful, comfortable, and positive conversations. They are not medical, legal, therapy, emergency, or financial professionals unless clearly stated.
3. Is Mingo for emergencies?
No. Mingo is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis helpline right away.
4. Can I delete my Mingo account?
Yes. Open the Mingo app and go to Settings - Account - Delete Account. You may also contact support from your registered email or phone number.
5. What happens after account deletion?
Your profile becomes inaccessible, you can no longer use calls or messages, and eligible personal data is deleted within the timeline described in our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons.
6. What happens to unused Coins?
Please use remaining Coins before deleting your account. Unused Coins may be forfeited after account deletion, suspension, or termination.
7. How do I report unsafe behavior?
Use in-app report or block tools, or email support@talkmingo.com.
