CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Mingo is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, and any inappropriate interaction involving minors.

1. Strictly Prohibited

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Child sexual abuse material or sexualized minor content.
• Grooming, solicitation, or impersonation of minors.
• Attempts to involve minors in conversations or calls.
• Any content or behavior harmful to children.

2. Age Restriction

Users under 18 may not create or use a Mingo account. If we learn that a minor has registered, we will remove the account and may preserve or report information where required by law.

3. Detection and Review

Mingo may use automated tools, user reports, manual review, and account checks to detect and prevent child safety violations.

4. Reporting

Report suspected child safety issues immediately through the app or by emailing support@talkmingo.com.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to law enforcement or child safety authorities where appropriate.
