These Terms govern your use of Mingo, a safe audio and video conversation platform operated by Sigler Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account, purchasing Coins, joining a call, or using any Mingo feature, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
Mingo connects users with listeners for respectful and positive conversations. Mingo is not a medical, therapy, legal, financial, emergency, dating, or physical meeting service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Mingo.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- Your account is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Mingo lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith. You must not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, solicit sexual services, request off-platform payments, share illegal content, or violate another person's privacy.
4. Listeners
Listeners are independent users or service providers who offer friendly conversation. Unless expressly stated, they are not employees of Mingo and do not provide professional advice.
5. Paid Features and Coins
Mingo may offer paid calls, video conversations, listener access, subscriptions, or in-app features. Mingo Coins are virtual credits used only inside the app and have no cash value. See our Coin Policy for details.
6. Refunds
Paid services are generally non-refundable once a call, conversation, or paid feature begins or is delivered. Duplicate or failed transactions may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.
7. Safety and Moderation
Mingo may review reports, account activity, metadata, and available content for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Violations may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using Mingo, you consent to those practices.
9. Intellectual Property
Mingo, its app, website, brand, software, designs, and content are owned by Sigler Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.
10. Disclaimers
Mingo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific listener availability, specific conversation outcomes, or the accuracy of anything said by users or listeners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mingo and Sigler Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, reputational, or business losses arising from use of the platform. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service during the three months before the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, misuse payments or Coins, or where required by law. You may stop using Mingo or request account deletion at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
